1. Sponsor

This giveaway is organized and hosted by Ranni Bonsai (https://www.rannibonsai.myshopify.com). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, YouTube, Google, or any third party platform.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Open to residents of any country where such giveaways are legally permitted.

• Void where prohibited by law.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway opens on [insert start date/time] and closes on [insert end date/time]. All entries must be received within this period.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway:

1. Subscribe to the Ranni Bonsai YouTube channel.

2. Like the giveaway video.

3. Comment on the giveaway video with your answer to the prompt:
   “What is one lesson bonsai has taught you?"

Only one entry per person will be counted. Duplicate or spam comments will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a 4-piece bonsai tool set consisting of:

• 1x Used personal bonsai tool bag

• 1x Used wire cutters

• 1x New stainless steel bonsai shears

• 1x New stainless steel concave cutters

• 1x New stainless steel knob cutters

Approximate retail value: $300

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution will be made except at Ranni Bonsai’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 7 days of the giveaway closing.

• Winner will be announced via a pinned comment on the giveaway video and a follow-up post/video.

• The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, another winner may be selected.

Ranni Bonsai is not responsible for communication issues including emails or messages that are lost, blocked, or unreceived.

7. Shipping

• Prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner.

• International shipping is available; however, Ranni Bonsai is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delivery delays that may apply outside the United States.

8. Personal Data

Entrants’ personal information will only be used to administer the giveaway and deliver the prize. No information will be sold or shared with third parties.

9. General Conditions

• Ranni Bonsai reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason, including fraud or technical issues.

• Any entries that violate YouTube’s Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
