Looking Forward

Wow so much has happened in the past few months. I am excited to share that I have been teaching beginner classes with Bonsai Bar. I have also been chatting with some folks outside of the Colorado scene, and exploring opportunities to elevate the channel. I don't want to jynx things yet, but exciting things are in the works.

Things are changing though. My partner and I will be moving to Michigan in the fall, and the thought of moving everything with us is daunting. I am hoping to put some of what I have acquired back out into the community over the next few months. I am really looking forward to seeing where things are next spring, but the thought of saying goodbye to the people here and trees is just too much. I have been channeling that energy into this year's display for the RMBS show. 

In the meantime, the webstores getting an overhaul and I am keeping busy with my own trees, tackling the backlog of footage, and lining up guests for the Youtube channel.  My travel expenses have definitely ballooned, but I am coming up on the first youtuber milestone! It's silly, but any time that hasnt been spent working on trees, in class, or facing life, I have been pouring into that silly channel. Not sure why I thought "being a Creator" would be easy. Oh well. It'll pay off one day, maybe. It still feels weird just jumping in front of the camera, but I feel like the editing has really leveled up recently.
